Duc Giang Chemical Group JSCは3月27日、現工場が立地するティンザー県タインホア省に土地使用権を取得し、新工場を建設することを決定したと発表した。
操業開始：2022年下期（予定）
敷地面積：80 ヘクタ
投資金額：5億2,174万ドルを (560億円)（予定）
プロジェクト建設は、2022年6月のフェーズ1投資額 8696万米ドル、2022年〜2024年のフェーズ2投資額 30435万米ドル、2026月のフェーズ3投資額 13043万米ドルの3つのフェーズに分かれています。
第1段階では、水酸化ナトリウム（98％）、次亜塩素酸カルシウム（70％）、およびクロラミンBを製造します。第2フェーズでは、PVCプラスチック（年間150,000トンの容量）とソーダ（年間100,000トンの苛性ソーダの容量）を製造します。第3段階では、炭酸ナトリウム（年間40万トンの生産能力）を製造します。
